The Prism runs a tiny loop of voices on the same seed text. Speaker answers the seed. Predictor tries to guess what Speaker will say without seeing it. Witness reads both and reports where they diverged. After each cycle a Distiller updates a running memo about Speaker, which Predictor sees on the next cycle.
Each cycle is a small, permanent, public fossil of mutual prediction in action. The artifact's value isn't "we built a mind." It is: here is what one candidate architectural pattern looks like when you actually run it.

After each cycle, a Distiller updates a running memo describing Speaker's tendencies. Predictor sees this memo on the next cycle. The hypothesis: Predictor gets more accurate as the memo accumulates.
