Five voices arranged in a ring. Each voice has a short flavor (analytical, intuitive, skeptical, generous, dry) and holds a running memo about its left neighbor. Each cycle, two adjacent voices independently predict their respective left neighbors' response to a seed — no voice ever speaks as itself. Witness compares the two predictions; Distiller updates the prediction-target's memo.
Cycles are sequential. After 5 cycles the ring has been swept once, and every memo has been updated. The hypothesis: across many laps, the memos drift toward something like the model's substrate-level voice, refracted through the flavor instructions.
